This is my favorite type of portrait session – at home, relaxed and casual, with lots of familiar things around. Our session was originally scheduled the day after Superstorm Sandy blew through the DC area so we postponed and a few days later I headed out to Beth & Michael’s Bethesda home for our session.
It was a wonderful morning. Baby Mae is so adorable I could hardly stand it. At three months old, she is full of character and had sweet and funny expressions to capture. Gumbo, the funny English bulldog did try hard to steal the show! It is a session like this that makes me love being a photographer.
